Job Duties
- Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness behind the bar
- ensure all glassware is cleaned and organized for efficient service
- help with food preparation as needed including assisting in catering and banquet services
- buss tables and clear away used items to maintain a tidy environment for guests
- operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing
- provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with guests and responding to their needs promptly
- support the team during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
