Individuals in this role will be directly engaged in enhancing the Player’s experience by ensuring the bartenders can efficiently serve drinks without interruptions, thereby contributing to the overall fun and memorable atmosphere. The Bar Back supports not only the bartenders but also fellow Playmakers, working closely with the team to uphold Topgolf’s core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. Safety and sanitation are top priorities, and the Bar Back consistently enforces these standards to provide a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.

This position offers competitive hourly wages starting at $11.50, with eligibility for tips in certain positions.
