Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years related hospitality experience or training
  • Ability to read and interpret general business documents and government regulations
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills including working with fractions, percentages, ratios, and statistical inference
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while multitasking
  • Reasoning skills to solve practical problems and provide viable solutions
  • Ability to interpret and analyze instructions in various forms
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Willingness to wear non-slip shoes
  • Physical ability for walking, standing, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing, and smelling
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and frequently lift or carry objects up to 75 lbs
  • Tolerance of outside environmental conditions such as wind, rain, cold, snow, and extreme heat
  • Willingness to work indoors protected from weather and potential exposure to cleaning solvents and fumes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to two years related hospitality experience and/or training
  • Developed language skills to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, financial reports, and regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
  • Mathematical skills sufficient to read and interpret financial information, prepare budgets, and analyze data
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Developed reasoning skills to identify problems, collect data, draw conclusions, and provide solutions
  • Ability to interpret and analyze various instructions or policies

Job Duties

  • Stock bars with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and supplies before, during, and after service
  • Keep the bar clean, organized, and always sanitized
  • Replenish inventory and notify management when supplies are running low
  • Collect and wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
  • Remove trash and recycle throughout the shift
  • Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and restocking products
  • Ensure coolers and storage areas remain organized and fully stocked
  • Help maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Provide friendly and professional support to guests when needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and training
  • Attend team and department meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
