The Barback position is situated within the Airport Dimensions-Sapphire Lounge by the Club, a premium hospitality setting focused on delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.75 and primarily involves afternoon and evening shifts, with schedules varying and to be discussed during the interview process. As a Barback at Sodexo, you will play a vital supporting role to the bartenders by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will include setting up the bar, restocking supplies, collecting and washing glassware, preparing garnishes using the first-in, first-out system, and complying with health and safety standards.

This role requires physical stamina including the ability to stand or walk for extended periods and the capacity to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
