This position is seasonal, running from May through September, and offers an hourly wage of $12.96 plus tips with the potential for transition into a full-time position based on individual performance and the evolving needs of the business. The Backbone position is essential to supporting both the bar and dining areas to operate smoothly during busy service hours. Candidates in this role are responsible for handling a variety of tasks such as bar setup, restocking, cleaning, and cocktail batching. They also play an important part in ensuring that the dining environment is clean, organized, and conducive to an excellent guest experience. Working collaboratively with bartenders and servers, a Backbone team member helps maintain an efficient service flow by managing stock levels, monitoring dish machine performance, producing ice, and promptly delivering food and beverage orders directly to guests.

This role requires a dependable person with strong attention to detail, able to work effectively in a fast-moving space and switch priorities seamlessly as the demands of service dictate. The position also demands physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. MONEYGUN seeks individuals who thrive in a team-oriented setting and are proactive about jumping in where needed to maintain a high standard of service quality. Weekend availability and the ability to work late nights are required to meet the operational demands of this high-volume venue.
