The Seasonal Full-Time Bar Back role at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe embodies this spirit of hospitality and excellence. Additionally, the role includes operating the Micros POS system as needed for processing orders and transactions, greeting guests, assisting with seating in the absence of a hostess, and promptly addressing guest needs or concerns. - minimum of 1 year experience in bar back, bar server, or related hospitality role
- current New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification
- current Food Handler Certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- US work authorization required unless in a managerial role within Four Seasons

Job Duties
