The barback is responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the bar running efficiently, including stocking supplies, assisting bartenders, and ensuring a pristine environment throughout service. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys teamwork and customer interaction, with a willingness to learn the ins and outs of the beverage menu, including specialty cocktails and beer selections. Barbacks play a crucial support role by replenishing stock such as juices, ice, and other bar necessities promptly, polishing glassware, changing out kegs and syrups, and helping with basic drink preparation during peak hours. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness by bussing tables, sweeping, mopping, and managing waste disposition is essential to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

This role does not require prior bar experience, making it an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who possess prior restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience. Candidates must be 18 years or older due to legal service requirements and should be physically capable of handling heavy lifting and sustaining a busy work pace.
