The role of Barback at Hilton is an integral part of the hotel’s food and beverage team, playing a crucial role in ensuring that guests receive outstanding service at the bar. As a Barback, you will be responsible for preparing bar areas for service, which includes cutting and preparing fresh garnishes and fruits, mixing juices, and arranging supplies neatly. You collaborate closely with bartenders to keep the bar fully stocked with necessary items like glassware, ice, and condiments, ensuring seamless operation during service hours. - previous hospitality or barback experience preferred

Job Duties

- manage beer kegs and taps including transportation, replacement, and maintenance
- assist with inventory management by retrieving orders, checking stock, and reconciling requisitions
- maintain cleanliness of bar, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas
- comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
