Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and equipment
  • Clean all tools and areas
  • Lock doors at shift end
  • Verify completion of tasks with supervisor before leaving
  • Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Supply ice, glassware, and paper provisions
  • Remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar areas, furniture, and tools according to guidelines
  • Comply with company safety policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
