Job Requirements
- Experience in barback or similar role in a busy bar or restaurant
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in and supporting high-quality bars in Chicago
- Comfortable working in high volume businesses with significant covers and revenue
- Professional and excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to build rapport with team and guests
Job Duties
- Support the bar team to deliver excellent service and hospitality to Hawksmoor standards
- Prepare necessary supplies and stock the bar before each service
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar work area
- Foster positive relationships with team members and guests
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues and management
