This position involves maintaining optimal inventory and stocking levels for all bar and beverage areas to ensure smooth and efficient service. The role is essential in supporting bartenders, servers, and other beverage team personnel by ensuring supply areas are well-organized and properly stocked with liquors, fruits, beverages, and paper supplies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for operating equipment safely, maintaining cleanliness in designated areas, and upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package, including a $750 hiring bonus for new team members and a $50 gas gift card during onboarding. The resort pays a significant portion of medical (over 70%), dental (79%), and vision insurance premiums, in addition to covering 100% short-term and long-term disability and providing life insurance coverage of $15,000 for all team members. Employees have access to a 401(k) plan with a 50% employer match up to 6%, profit-sharing bonuses paid multiple times a year, double pay on holidays, discounts on gas at the resort’s station, and a generous paid time off policy that allows earning up to 18 days in the first year.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. The role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and stocking heavy items, and working effectively in a fast-paced, often noisy environment. Candidates should be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. A professional appearance in accordance with the resort’s standards is also mandatory.

Indian Preference is exercised in hiring, reflecting the resort’s commitment to supporting community members. Throughout the hiring process, candidates will undergo due diligence checks including employment verification, background investigations, and reference checks to ensure suitability for the role.
