The Bar Back will be responsible for maintaining stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, and cocktail supplies, preparing garnishes, refilling ice bins, and keeping the bar area impeccably clean and organized. Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in bar back or related hospitality roles, ideally within a high-end setting, and hold current New Mexico Alcohol Server and Food Handler Certifications. The position requires excellent personal presentation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role demands standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
