Job Duties
- Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily
- Replenishes liquor, beer and wine in the bar during shifts
- Retrieves food items from kitchen and delivers to bar
- Retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar
- Sets up bottles with top shelf liquor on back shelf
- Ensures beer taps work properly
- Places bar snacks on counter and stocks supplies throughout shift
- Assists in opening and closing side work
- Buses tables in bar area
- Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of bar and lounge areas
- Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment
- Sweeps and mops service areas and floor mats
- Removes rubbish from all receptacles
- Prepares and serves beverages to assist bartender
- Performs other duties as assigned
