Known for its unique blend of rustic charm and unparalleled luxury, this resort provides a serene retreat infused with rich cultural heritage and breathtaking natural beauty. With its 65-room resort, Four Seasons Rancho Encantado is not just a place to stay but an immersive experience that invites guests to unwind, explore the spirit of the Southwest, and indulge in world-class service and amenities. The resort prides itself on creating unforgettable moments for its guests, blending contemporary elegance with the natural beauty surrounding the property.

The Seasonal Full-Time Bar Back role at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is a vital position that supports the bar team in delivering seamless, top-tier beverage service. This role demands a passionate and personable individual dedicated to hospitality, with energy and integrity that contribute to a warm, welcoming environment for guests. The Bar Back aids bartenders by maintaining efficient service through consistent restocking of liquor, beer, wine, and cocktail supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Physical stamina is crucial, given the demands of carrying heavy items such as kegs and boxes, along with standing for extended periods.

In this role, the Bar Back also applies knowledge of beverages to support the team and enhance guest experiences. When required, operating the Micros POS system for processing orders and transactions is expected. Collaboration is key, working closely with bartenders and service staff to anticipate guest requests and provide timely, attentive service. The position also occasionally involves guest interaction, including seating guests in the absence of the hostess and responding promptly to their needs and concerns.

Adherence to Four Seasons’ standards of quality, service, and safety is paramount, including compliance with New Mexico alcohol laws and health codes. The resort emphasizes a positive, inclusive work culture that values respect, integrity, and kindness, offering employees an environment where they can grow professionally and personally. Benefits include complimentary stays at Four Seasons properties worldwide, free employee meals, comprehensive training and development programs, competitive salary with seasonal bonuses, employee parking, discounts on food, beverage, and spa services, a 401(k) retirement plan, and sick leave pay.

Joining Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe as a Seasonal Full-Time Bar Back means becoming part of a global community recognized for its commitment to excellence and inclusion. It is an opportunity to build a fulfilling career in hospitality, contribute to exceptional guest experiences, and work in a setting that nurtures diversity and integrity. This position calls for someone who is outgoing, compassionate, and a natural team player, ready to contribute to the vibrant luxury atmosphere of one of New Mexico’s premier resorts.
