- attend all required meetings and trainings
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing proper uniform and nametag
- stock all liquor beer and wine at the banquet bar
- follow the restaurant schedule at all times
- maintain cleanliness of bar refrigerators and service areas
- assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking garnishes straws and napkins
- replenish liquor beer and wine during shifts
- be familiar with beverages cocktails and pouring standards
- assist with opening and closing side work
- follow responsible serving protocols
- assist with food service if required
- report broken or damaged equipment
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- abide by all resort policies and safety rules
- perform other duties as requested by management
