Currently, Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Barbacks to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to maintaining a smooth and efficient bar operation, contributing directly to the guest’s overall experience. Barbacks are responsible for preparing and maintaining the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels are optimal throughout shifts. They assist bartenders with various tasks, including cutting fruit garnish and replenishing supplies, while adhering to all brand policies and safety procedures. The position demands excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of bar operations and alcohol, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure. A guest-oriented mindset is essential, as is a collaborative team spirit to help create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy loads
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Food handler and alcohol service certification

Job Duties
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift
- Stock bar before, during, and after shift
- Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift
- Assists bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs
- Adheres to all brand policies and procedures
- Works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience
- Perform other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor
