- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations

Job Duties
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and related areas
- Collect empty glasses and wash glassware to ensure supply
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks using FIFO system
- Restock bar and designated stations with supplies
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas to comply with health codes
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
