The Barback role at Sodexo is a full-time position offering a steady pay rate of $20 per hour. This role is pivotal in supporting bartenders to ensure seamless beverage service for guests. A Barback’s responsibilities revolve around maintaining the bar’s cleanliness, stocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and managing glassware, all of which contribute to creating an efficient and pleasant environment for both the team and customers. Working in the vibrant atmosphere of a lounge at an airport provides unique challenges and learning opportunities, making adaptability and excellent customer service skills highly valuable.

This role requires flexibility in working hours with availability across any shift, as detailed scheduling will be discussed during the interview process. The Barback position demands physical stamina since duties often involve extended walking or standing periods, lifting supplies up to 50 pounds, and rapid, precise coordination to meet service demands efficiently. Attention to detail is critical to maintain the health and safety standards required at the lounge and to ensure that all bar equipment and services are ready for customer use.
