Job Duties
- assist bartenders by restocking all bar supplies including liquor mixers and glassware
- maintain cleanliness of the bar area including wiping down surfaces and washing bar tools and equipment
- prepare garnishes and ensure they are fresh and readily available for bartenders
- keep ice bins stocked and assist with beverage preparation during peak hours
- remove and dispose of trash and empty bottles as needed throughout the shift
- ensure all beverage storage areas are well-organized and properly stocked
- assist with setting up and breaking down the bar for service
- monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the Bar Manager or Supervisor
- respond to bartender requests quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted service
