Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Basic communication skills in English
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and equipment
- Clean all equipment and work areas thoroughly
- Lock doors securely before leaving after shift
- Verify task completion with captain or supervisor before departing
- Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar, furniture, tables, and equipment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and protect assets
- Support coworkers with dignity and respect
- Assist team to achieve common goals
- Meet quality assurance standards
- Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or entire shifts
- Read and visually verify information in various formats
- Handle objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching above the head, twisting, climbing stairs or ramps
- Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others
- Answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
