Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • Basic communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and equipment
  • Clean all equipment and work areas thoroughly
  • Lock doors securely before leaving after shift
  • Verify task completion with captain or supervisor before departing
  • Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • Remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar, furniture, tables, and equipment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and protect assets
  • Support coworkers with dignity and respect
  • Assist team to achieve common goals
  • Meet quality assurance standards
  • Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or entire shifts
  • Read and visually verify information in various formats
  • Handle objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching above the head, twisting, climbing stairs or ramps
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others
  • Answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
