Currently, Sodexo is hiring for a full-time Barback position at the Airport Dimensions - Sapphire Lounge by the Club, offering a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour. This role invites individuals with open availability to join a dynamic team working any shift, where details regarding scheduling will be provided during the interview process. The Barback position is vital in supporting the bartender by ensuring the bar area is prepared, organized, and well-stocked to deliver seamless service to customers. Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and its components, collecting and washing glassware to maintain an adequate supply, and preparing fresh garnishes using the FIFO system to ensure quality and consistency. The role demands significant physical activity such as walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, demonstrating the need for stamina and physical fitness.
