Job Requirements

must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
willingness to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

support bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing
keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
maintain a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly
work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork
adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
