- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations

Job Duties
- Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- Collect empty glasses from the bar and wash glassware as necessary
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks employing the first-in, first-out system
- Restock bar and designated stations with supplies and transport supplies to bar set-up area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage areas to comply with health code standards
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
