Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Exposure to hot surfaces, kitchen equipment, and potential allergens
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification if required by law
- Previous experience as a Barback preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills

- Previous experience as a Barback is a plus, but not required

Job Duties
- Restock glassware, liquor, garnishes, and ice to ensure bartenders have what they need throughout service
- Prep and maintain bar production items including purees, juices and fruit garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, equipment, and storage
- Assist bartenders with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Help deliver drinks and provide assistance to guests when needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Clean and organize the bar at the beginning and end of each shift
