Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Physical fitness to manage heavy lifting and standing for long periods
Strong communication skills
Team player attitude
Willingness to follow safety and cleanliness protocols

Punctuality
Ability to work night shifts, weekends and holidays
Physically fit to handle lifting and long hours of standing
Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is a plus but not required
Basic knowledge of bar operations a plus

Job Duties

Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours
Prepare garnishes
Refill ice wells
Change beer kegs
Restock napkins and straws
Keep the bar area neat and clean
Handle emergency situations like cleaning up broken glasses and clearing clogged drains
Clear and reset tables
Empty buspans
