Job Requirements
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of six months related experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical capabilities to count currency and provide accurate change to customers
- Cultural sensitivity to minority population especially Native Americans
- Must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal history background check
- Must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handlers card within 30 days of employment or present upon hire

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked with liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies
- Clean and organize the bar and storage areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and free of clutter
- Prep garnishes and other ingredients to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
- Maintain inventory of liquor, beverages, and bar supplies, keeping track of stock levels and notifying management when restocking is necessary
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after shifts
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests when needed, ensuring a positive experience
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
