Job Requirements

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of six months related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic mathematical capabilities to count currency and provide accurate change to customers
  • Cultural sensitivity to minority population especially Native Americans
  • Must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal history background check
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handlers card within 30 days of employment or present upon hire

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked with liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies
  • Clean and organize the bar and storage areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and free of clutter
  • Prep garnishes and other ingredients to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
  • Maintain inventory of liquor, beverages, and bar supplies, keeping track of stock levels and notifying management when restocking is necessary
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after shifts
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests when needed, ensuring a positive experience
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
