The Guest Service Support Expert role at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa is a vital non-management position within the food and beverage department. This full-time role is designed to support food and beverage operations by ensuring smooth service delivery and enhancing the overall guest experience. Unlike typical positions focused merely on serving food, this role emphasizes creating memorable and unique experiences where food and drinks are secondary to the quality of service and attention to detail provided. Guest Service Support Experts assist with a wide range of tasks including setting tables, supporting kitchen staff, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. Their work helps maintain operational efficiency and contributes to the overall ambiance and satisfaction of guests during their dining experiences.

This position requires associates to adhere to strict company policies regarding workplace safety, quality standards, and professionalism in appearance and communication. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping
