Job Description

Bally's Corporation (NYSE: BALY) is a prominent global casino-entertainment company with an extensive and expanding omni-channel presence that spans across North America and the United Kingdom. Founded on a foundation of providing exceptional entertainment experiences, Bally's operates 19 casinos located across 11 states in the U.S., alongside a golf course in New York and a horse racetrack in Colorado. This solid footprint is further complemented by the ownership of key gaming licenses in 13 jurisdictions throughout North America, positioning Bally's as a leader in the casino-entertainment industry.

With a swift international expansion marked by its acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, Bally's Corporation continues to broaden its global reach while maintaining a strong commitment to innovation and customer experience. In addition to its physical properties, Bally's is at the forefront of digital gaming through its ownership of Bally Bet, a premier sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, an expanding iCasino offering. Bally’s Interactive International division, formerly known as Gamesys Group, is recognized as a global leader in interactive gaming operations. The company's strategic investments extend to a notable economic stake in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT), a worldwide lottery management and services provider.

Operating with a workforce of approximately 11,500 employees, Bally's manages an impressive array of gaming amenities, including roughly 17,700 slot machines and 630 table games, supported by nearly 3,950 hotel rooms. The company also possesses prime developable land in Las Vegas, located at the former Tropicana site, highlighting its intentions for future growth in the highly competitive Las Vegas market.

The Role:

Bally’s Corporation is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Barbacks. This essential role plays a pivotal part in supporting bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations within Bally’s casino environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate a friendly demeanor, exceptional customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of industry standards. As a barback, your responsibilities will include maintaining the bar’s readiness and organization, stocking supplies, and assisting in serving customers – all performed in strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, internal controls, and state liquor laws. This role demands adaptability and a positive attitude as barbacks often work in fast-paced, dynamic atmospheres common to casino-entertainment venues.

Being a barback at Bally’s offers a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele and collaborate closely with bartending staff to deliver memorable customer experiences. Candidates should be able to adhere to rigorous standards of cleanliness and organization within the bar area, handle monetary transactions accurately, and prepare garnishes and ingredients essential for cocktail preparation. The barback is integral to the overall success of the bar operations and contributes significantly to the enjoyable ambiance Bally's seeks to provide every guest. This role provides valuable industry experience and a path for career advancement within the hospitality and gaming sectors.
