Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 50 lbs, carry kegs, and stand for long periods
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- hardworking and team-oriented with a passion for hospitality
- ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to supporting the bartenders efficiently
- previous bar back or hospitality experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Job Duties
- assist bartenders with restocking liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies
- keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
- change kegs, replenish ice, and maintain proper glassware levels
- ensure all juices, syrups, and mixers are prepped and ready for service
- assist with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service
- support bartenders by retrieving specialty items and handling guest requests
- maintain knowledge of cocktail ingredients and bar procedures to assist with service
- clean and polish bar equipment, glassware, and utensils to uphold our presentation standards
- follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring sanitation and cleanliness behind the bar
- assist with inventory control and waste reduction to maximize efficiency
