- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Must be at or over minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations

Job Duties
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and tools
- Collect empty glasses and wash glassware
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks using FIFO system
- Restock bar and designated stations with supplies
- Transport supplies to bar set-up area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas to meet health code standards
