Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work weekends and closing shifts
- Willingness to assist with event setup and breakdown
- Must demonstrate kindness, honesty, integrity, and consideration
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and work hard
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar environment preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Support bartenders by anticipating needs such as ice, fruit, and glassware
- Learn bar mechanics including changing kegs and cleaning draft lines
- Organize the cooler and prepare fruit to standard
- Stock beer and wine, wash glassware, and manage trash
- Keep bar area clean and tidy including wiping down surfaces and spraying mats
- Assist with setup and breakdown for private events including tables, chairs, and linens
