Job Duties
- Change kegs as needed
- clean and restock glassware
- open and close tabs using point of sale software
- retrieve drinks for bartender during busy hours
- keep beer cooler and liquor shelf stocked
- prepare and restock garnishes such as limes and lemons
- alert bouncer of problematic customers
