Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with team members
- Previous experience in barbacks or restaurant settings preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Ability to hustle and stay on feet in a fast-paced environment
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail especially in maintaining bar stock and cleanliness
- Previous barback or restaurant experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic bar setting
Job Duties
- Keep the bar stocked by refilling liquor changing beer kegs ice and mixers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar by wiping down surfaces removing empty glasses and ensuring cleanliness
- Support the bartenders by anticipating their needs running for supplies and assisting in drink service
- Restock and prep by cutting garnishes refilling napkins and straws and managing all bar supplies
- Move fast and stay sharp during busy times to ensure smooth bar operations
