We are currently seeking a motivated Barback to join our team on a seasonal basis. This role plays an integral part in supporting bartenders by ensuring the bar remains well-stocked, clean, and prepared for service.

The Barback will assist bartenders with various tasks including table-side beverage and bread service, restocking supplies, cleaning and maintaining the bar area, and performing general bar prep duties. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift items up to 30 pounds. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old and available to work primarily on Fridays and Saturdays, with additional evening shifts from 4 PM to 9 or 9:30 PM as needed. Although the position is seasonal initially, there may be opportunities for continued employment based on staffing needs after the summer. Compensation is hourly and will be commensurate with experience. Importantly, our bar is a non-tip facility, emphasizing fair and straightforward pay.
