The role of Barback at Forest Hills Stadium involves supporting bartenders by receiving and replenishing all liquor, beer, and wine supplies from the storeroom throughout the shift. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar environment, ensuring beer taps function correctly, and preparing beverage garnishes and snacks for bar patrons. The Barback also assists with opening and closing side work, buses tables in the bar area, and contributes to overall bar cleanliness by washing work tables, walls, refrigerators, and sweeping and mopping floors. Additionally, this position involves adhering strictly to responsible alcohol service standards and occasionally assisting bartenders by preparing and serving beverages.
