Job Duties

  • Restock and replenish: maintain par levels for all spirits, beers, wines, and mixers
  • The marge prep: ensure a constant supply of fresh-squeezed lime juice, agave, and salts essential for the Tex-Mex program
  • Ice and glass: keep ice bins topped off and ensure a steady stream of polished, spot-free glassware
  • Keg management: safely swap out kegs mid-rush and troubleshoot tap issues
  • Maintenance: keep the bar top clear of dead glasses, wipe spills instantly, and manage the burn of the ice at the end of the night
