Job Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Previous experience as a Barback is a plus but not required
Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification if required by law
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume bar environment
Positive team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Restock glassware liquor garnishes and ice to ensure bartenders have what they need throughout service
Prep and maintain bar production items including purees juices and fruit garnishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including bar tops equipment and storage
Assist bartenders with inventory management and restocking supplies
Help deliver drinks and provide assistance to guests when needed
Follow all health safety and sanitation standards
Clean and organize the bar at the beginning and end of each shift
