As a Barback at Sodexo Live, you will play a critical support role to the Bartender, helping to ensure efficient beverage service and a clean, well-stocked bar environment. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar area, collecting and washing glassware, preparing fresh garnishes using the FIFO system, restocking supplies, and communicating replenishment needs. The role requires considerable physical activity, including walking or standing for extended periods, frequently lifting up to 35 pounds, and occasionally moving heavier items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time throughout the entire duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience

Job Duties
- Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- collect empty glasses from the bar and wash glassware as necessary to ensure an adequate supply to serve customers
- prepare fresh garnishes for drinks employing the first-in, first-out (FIFO) system
- restock bar/designated station with supplies and transport supplies to bar set-up area
- anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, and refrigeration and storage areas to comply with health code standards
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
