Job Requirements

previous experience in barback or similar role preferred
ability to lift 50 lbs
ability to stand for long periods
ability to handle repetitive motions
comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler certification or ability to obtain
Alcohol Awareness certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties

support bartenders during service by restocking spirits, beer, wine, ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times
assist with prep tasks including juicing, batching cocktails, cutting garnishes, and stocking mixers
ensure all bar stations are fully set up before service and properly broken down at the end of the shift
remove trash, bar mats, and empty glassware throughout service
follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management
provide excellent internal guest service by supporting the bar team’s needs
