  • previous experience in barback or similar role preferred
  • ability to lift 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • support bartenders during service by restocking spirits, beer, wine, ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
  • maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times
  • assist with prep tasks including juicing, batching cocktails, cutting garnishes, and stocking mixers
  • ensure all bar stations are fully set up before service and properly broken down at the end of the shift
  • remove trash, bar mats, and empty glassware throughout service
  • follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management
  • provide excellent internal guest service by supporting the bar team’s needs
