Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis
Job Qualifications
- Basic communication skills
- Open to learning and development
- Trustworthy and has integrity
- Enjoys assisting with spirits, wine, beer, and food
- At least 21 years of age or compliant with state laws for serving alcohol
- Prior food and beverage operations experience is a plus
- Luxury hotel experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Consistently follow Food & Beverage sequence of service while maintaining cleaning of equipment, tools, and supplies
- Stock wells, back bars, ice bins, and glassware
- Primarily assist with bartenders' needs including mixing and serving drinks
- Work as a team and effectively communicate with management and other staff members
- Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
