Job Duties

  • Provide positive guest experience including greeting, conversing with, and thanking departing guests
  • perform all necessary duties related to the bar operations including replenishment, maintenance, stocking of the bar supplies, and assist in regular service when needed
  • perform opening and closing duties including set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of the area within the allotted timeframe not to exceed 20 percent or maximum of 2 hours of the scheduled shift
  • assist with preparing, serving, and ringing in drinks according to standards
  • follow all health and safety regulations, including enforcing laws and ordinances in the handling and provision of alcoholic beverages
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas including bar, floor, shelves, taps, coolers, and storage areas
  • maintain a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance
  • maintain cleanliness and safety of all work areas
  • ensure that work areas are properly stocked with glassware, garnishes, silverware, napkins, pens, paper, and other appropriate supplies
  • attend mandatory staff meetings
  • follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines including being ready to work at scheduled shift time, in uniform, with neat and presentable appearance
  • perform all other reasonably assigned duties
