Job Requirements
- Current food handlers and alcohol certification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience preferably within a high-volume environment
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Able to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds if necessary
- Authorized to work legally in the US
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience preferably in a high-volume environment
- Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
- Knowledge of food and beverage products and company procedures
- Ability to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in training categories
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospitality setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Build a rapport with guests and actively assist and communicate their requests
- Assist in maintaining guest eye view behind the bar
- Maintain proper par levels, make fresh syrups and house-made mixes
- Learn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and company procedures to standard
- Comply with company rules and management requests during shifts
- Report punctually for scheduled shifts, maintain proper attire and hygiene
- Efficiently change kegs, cut fruit, and restock depleted products
- Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned
- Ensure glassware is cleaned, trash is emptied, and pre-bussing is maintained
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and report hazards to management
