The Barback position at Sodexo is a full-time opportunity with an hourly pay of $20, designed for those who are team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable. As a Barback, you will be a key member of the hospitality team, supporting the preparation and delivery of beverages and food that contribute to customer satisfaction and positive experiences. Your primary responsibilities involve maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, stocking supplies like ice and glassware, assisting bartenders by removing soiled ware, and ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed thoroughly. This role is vital in setting up and closing down the bar area, ensuring all equipment and spaces are clean, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The position requires someone who can consistently attend their scheduled shifts on time, demonstrating a strong work ethic and reliability. While previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, candidates with 0 to 1 year of related experience are welcome to apply, making this role suitable for those starting their career in hospitality or seeking to gain more skill in the food and beverage sector.
