Job Description
The establishment is a bar in Miami looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Barback to join their team. The Barback will play a key role in maintaining bar stock, assisting bartenders, and ensuring excellent organization in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Able to read, understand, and speak English
- able to communicate clearly and concisely
- able to stand for an eight-hour shift
- able to lift 50 lbs
- able to reach above head and bend to put items on the floor or low shelves
- able to climb stairs and ladders
- able to repetitively lift glass racks, bus buckets, and other items
- able to work as part of a team for the benefit of the guest
- able to work at a consistently fast pace in a loud environment
