Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift, balance, and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness
- willingness to adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bar or restaurant support preferred
- knowledge of beverage products and bar equipment a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- have complete knowledge of products and specifications
- follow and execute sunda service standards as outlined in training
- help promote a safe and clean environment for co-workers and guests
- control the amount of alcohol served so that guests do not become intoxicated
- oversee bar maintenance and always maintain a clean and organized bar
- keep bar area supplied in glassware, garnishes, etc
- provide bartenders with the appropriate spirit, glass, garnish, tool to help them move efficiently and quickly in making drinks
- provide guests at the bar with the correct and appropriate silverware for their food items
- clean up any spills or broken glassware in the bar area
- further duties not currently listed in this outline may be added at the manager's discretion
