Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience as a bar back is preferred
ability to communicate effectively in English
capability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
willingness to adhere to strict uniform and grooming standards
willingness to complete required trainings and certifications

Job Qualifications

prior experience as a bar back is preferred
ability to communicate effectively in English
understanding of cleaning and sanitization protocols
capability to follow simple instructions and navigate standardized situations
attendance at orientation and acceptance of policies and procedures
completion of training program before working unsupervised
required training in compliance with local and state regulations such as food and alcohol service certifications
