The Food and Beverage Supervisor role at Concord Hospitality is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead and inspire the operational efforts of multiple food and beverage outlets within a hotel setting. This full-time position is focused on managing restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to the highest quality standards. The supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining smooth operations by overseeing scheduling, training, staff evaluations, and communication between management and team members. The position demands an individual with a hands-on leadership style and a passion for hospitality who can take decisive action to resolve any operational challenges promptly.

Key responsibilities include directing all food and beverage strategies and operations, ensuring all food served meets recipe and quality requirements, supporting broader food service activities across the hotel, and enforcing sanitation and service standards consistently. Job Duties

  • Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets
  • supervise restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation associates
  • train associates on food preparation, seasoning, plate presentation, sanitation, and service standards
  • assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates
  • maintain open communication between management and staff
  • administer disciplinary actions when necessary
  • ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs
  • take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant
  • participate in weekly staff, sales, and food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory
  • ensure all food served meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipes
  • support food service operations across the hotel as needed
