Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in the food and beverage industry
- Extensive knowledge of craft beers cocktails and other alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the bar including inventory management staff scheduling and customer service
- Train and mentor bartenders and servers to ensure top-notch service and product knowledge
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue and profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area following all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
