Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hospitality or bar supervision preferred
  • Ability to lead train and evaluate staff
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Train supervise counsel and evaluate restaurant staff associates for efficient operation
  • Direct staff in their work assignments
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates
  • Inspect equipment and premises and take corrective action
  • Manage repair and maintenance work orders
  • Conduct end of month inventory and maintain food and beverage inventory levels by ordering from approved vendors
  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure food quality consistency and guest specifications
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with all policies procedures and local state and federal laws
  • Participate in community public relations
  • Attend mandatory meetings
  • Execute end of night revenue closeouts
  • Requisition supplies for shifts
  • Open and close shifts as instructed
  • Handle associate relations and solve daily problems
  • Ensure proper break procedures
  • Communicate through daily logbook
  • Perform any supervised position in emergencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
