Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or bar supervision preferred
- Ability to lead train and evaluate staff
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar supervision
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Knowledge of sanitation safety and inventory management practices
- Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory and reporting
Job Duties
- Train supervise counsel and evaluate restaurant staff associates for efficient operation
- Direct staff in their work assignments
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates
- Inspect equipment and premises and take corrective action
- Manage repair and maintenance work orders
- Conduct end of month inventory and maintain food and beverage inventory levels by ordering from approved vendors
- Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction
- Ensure food quality consistency and guest specifications
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints
- Ensure compliance with all policies procedures and local state and federal laws
- Participate in community public relations
- Attend mandatory meetings
- Execute end of night revenue closeouts
- Requisition supplies for shifts
- Open and close shifts as instructed
- Handle associate relations and solve daily problems
- Ensure proper break procedures
- Communicate through daily logbook
- Perform any supervised position in emergencies
- Perform other duties as assigned
