- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand for periods of time
- Must be able to secure an alcohol pouring and handling license and food handlers
- Must be able to train bartenders
- Must be detailed oriented

Job Duties
- Ensure standards of appearance and sanitation are maintained on a daily basis
- Maintain effective portion control using established pouring methods
- Ensure liquor and alcoholic beverage supplies are maintained and complete
- Supervise and uphold operational standards
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Assist in scheduling bartenders and cocktail servers
- Train all food and beverage associates in responsible alcohol service
- Maintain accuracy and accountability for all check and cash transactions
- Manage appropriate inventory levels of beer, liquor, and wine
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state liquor laws
- Oversee bar and procedures for off-site catering events
- Perform other duties as required
