As part of Troon, the world’s largest professional club management company, Cobblestone Creek benefits from a global network of expertise and resources aimed at delivering unparalleled golf and hospitality experiences. Troon has been a pioneer in the golf industry since 1990, offering career opportunities that emphasize professional development, growth, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Cobblestone Creek reflects these values by providing a thriving environment where team members can excel and grow in their careers.

The Bar Supervisor position at Cobblestone Creek Country Club is a seasonal, full-time role designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to advance within a fast-paced, guest-focused organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a leading golf and community management company with a strong reputation. The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing bar operations, ensuring that the highest standards of appearance, sanitation, and service are consistently met. This role requires knowledge in inventory management, product ordering, and adherence to alcohol compliance standards.

In addition to managing daily operations, the Bar Supervisor schedules and trains bartenders and cocktail servers, promotes safe alcohol service, and maintains accurate financial records related to cash and check transactions. The position demands a proactive leader who can ensure that all liquor supplies are well-stocked and that state liquor laws are strictly followed. The supervisor also oversees off-site catering bar events, helping to ensure that every beverage service reflects the club’s reputation for excellence.

As the Bar Supervisor, you will have a variety of responsibilities throughout nights, weekends, and holidays, playing a vital role during peak business periods. This position holds a pay range of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, reflecting the significant expertise and dedication required. Previous experience in a country club setting is advantageous but not mandatory; what matters most is a strong desire to learn, contribute positively, and thrive in a team environment.

The role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a respected organization where your contributions directly impact the member and guest experience. With the backing of Troon’s extensive network, you can expect ongoing career growth and access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional goals.
